Operating Team
Hector Bonilla, Chairman
Hector is a co-founder of Menta and acts as General Manager. He holds an MBA from The Stanford Graduate School of Business, and spent five years with The Boston Consulting Group. He has had a successful entrepreneurial career, and has launched four businesses in Mexico, including Proteak Renewable Forestry.
 
Diego Alcázar, Managing Director
Diego is Managing Director and co-founder of Menta. As a sustainable business specialist, he co-lead the creation of the first green business incubator in Mexico, New Ventures. He studied International Business at Universidad Panamericana, and Environmental Management at Universidad Iberoamericana.
 
Hector Coss, Head of Design
Hector is a co-founder and Head of Design at Menta. He studied Architecture and Urbanism at UIA in Mexico City, and at ESARQ in Barcelona. He coordinated projects in leading practices such as LCM/Fernando Romero and Proyectos Impulsa.

Luis Tejado, Marketing Director
Luis is in charge of sales and marketing activities at Menta and is also a co-founder. He holds an MBA from the Harvard Business School, and has seven years of experience working for Expansion and two for BCG.
 
Haley Rogers, Business Development
Haley studied Environmental Resource Management at The University of Texas at Austin. She has worked for both private and governmental environmental agencies in the United States, as well as doing a stint in the tech industry of Silicon Valley.

Alfonso Molina, Design Development
Alfonso studied Architecture at the Universidad Nacional Autonoma de Mexico (UNAM). He has ten years of experience in the field, and is a founder of the architectural firm .thema in Mexico City.
